If you are experiencing a problem or have a question about any of our Monkey Web Apps, Please take the following steps:
- Are you having an issue with logging in - including not receiving your login credentials after purchasing? CLICK HERE to find the login page where you can request a password reset.
- Look for the answer to your question in our FAQs: http://docs.monkeywebapps.com/
- If you don't find what you're looking for, click the Orange Button in the bottom right and type the "keyword(s)" of your inquiry (yes, this does search more articles to find you different possible replies)
- If that still doesn't pull up the answer to your dilemma, click on "send a message" to send a message to our professional, dedicated support team. In order for us to be able to assist you quickly and promptly, please give us as much information as necessary/possible, including:
- The name of the product concerned
- Your username/password (no, for security reasons, we do not have access to your password - unless you give it to us!)
- The email address you used when registering the account
- The name of the item in your dashboard relevant to the inquiry
- Screenshots, relevant URLs, etc
- A copy of your purchase receipt with your transaction number (if relevant!)
Our official "open" hours are 9am to 6pm EST Monday-Friday and 9am to Noon EST Saturday & Sunday...but as our team is distributed worldwide - you may get a reply outside that time as well!
