GetResponse Notification of Subscribers from PageDyno

GetResponse doesn't send notifications for subscribers added via the API. 

If you want to receive notifications, you should use the custom form code in the list as your autoresponder setting in PageDyno and get the form code from GetResponse. The instructions for this are given in the GR article: https://www.getresponse.com/help/glossary/notification.html
