Difference between a bot and a chat

"Bot" - An individual chatbot with its own unique set of questions and answers and its own "personality" such as its name, color, tagline, default responses etc...  A "Bot" can appear in 3 ways :  1. As a "Chatbox" in the bottom left or bottom right corners.  2.  As a popup in the middle of the window triggered by exit intent or 3.  As in inline bot anywhere inside your document.
