Feedback Type Tab
When you select CREATE or EDIT an existing page, you will see a control panel. As you make changes to the fields here, you will see them reflected in the preview window immediately below the control panel.
The first thing to choose is the type of feedback you wish to collect:
- Rater: Rate from 1-5
- Emoji Slider: Slide slider from "unhappy" to "happy
- Images: Select 1 choice from a variety of options
- Tickbox: Select 1 or multi choice from a variety of options
- Question: "Either/Or" choice
For all feedback types, you now enter the question (1) and the "subhead question"(2) with basic editing facilities We have found that a reverse psychology question works well in the subhead question, eg one that starts "Why not....?"
( Please note that the font and text color is set on the Page Settings tab. You cannot set the size of the text as this is automatically controlled for the device your page is being viewed on).
RATER
You have a variety of options for the rating icon
and the option to put some text to the left and right of the rating icons - such as "Don't Like" / "Love", etc

REMOVE will remove the last image added
TICKBOX
You can select to request a single choice or multi-choice replies to this type of question

For multi-choice tickbox feedback the viewer will be directed to the post-submission page - there are no separate URLs per option.
QUESTION
This type of question is for "either/or" questions - the viewer chooses one of two options
You specify the text, colors, etc for each button. The viewer is directed to the relevant post-submission page when he clicks either button.
NOTE: When setting up this type of question - the post-submission page has 2 parts - one for each button - don't forget to set up both parts!
When you come to do the post-submission page for the Right Button, you can copy what you did for the Left Button - then change as necessary
