Prefill the PageDyno landing page sign up form?

If you are mailing the PageDyno campaign URL, you can have this pre-filled with your customer's name and email address. To do this, add the following at the very end of the URL that PageDyno gives you: 

&name=yourname&email=youremail

So, for example, the following :
https://pagedyno.net/l.php?p=1-686-0-0
it now becomes :
https://pagedyno.net/l.php?p=1-686-0-0&name=Simon&email=simon@myemailaddress.com
