Questions - Add New Question

To train the bot you need to give it the questions it might be asked and the answers to give when asked!

Add New Question

Select to Share the question or select the specific bot it applies to

You can select to add the question(s) to one or more bots and/or to be shared

Shared Bot Question: This is a question which may occur in all your bots and for which there is a standard answer. Examples of "Shared" questions are:

• How do I contact support?
• What is your refund policy?
• What is your name?
• How are you?
• Where is the company based?
• etc

You can include the same question as a Bot Specific question if, for example your refund policy is normally 30 days (the standard, so Shared, answer) but for one particular product you have decided on a 60 day refund period - you can add the same question to the Bot Specific questions with the Bot Specific answer, and the customers asking that bot will get the Bot Specific answer.
