All our Apps link to the same TOS which are there to protect us from abuse. 
Hence there may be mention of items that are not be relevant to the specific App you are considering - eg images in Conversion Gorilla.

With regard to bandwidth limit, yes, if you were to hog our databases and exceeded what we consider "normal" usage, then we would get in touch with you.
We wouldn't cancel your account without prior communication
