Access your Purchase:
An email will have been sent to the contact email address you gave on the checkout screen. This email will contain with your login credentials including the URL of the login page as was indicated when you saw the Thank you page:
Note: If you have previously signed up using the same email address and subsequently canceled your account, you will not receive an email with login details. Please contact us to reactivate your account.
Please be sure to check your Spam folder if you don't find it in your Inbox. Also, please whitelist the app domain so future emails do get delivered to your inbox. Check this article for how to do that: https://www.simpleminds.com/how-to-check-your-spam-filter-and-whitelist-emails/
If after a short period of time you still don't get the email, please go to the Logon URL given below and use the FORGOT PASSWORD feature using your contact email address.
If your account is not found it may be that you mistyped your contact email address. Please click the orange beacon in the bottom right of your screen and send a message to our Customer Happiness Team giving your purchase receipt number and we'll get it sorted for you.
Access Your Bonus
If you have purchased a product we are promoting as an affiliate, the URL of our bonus delivery page will have been sent to the email address you entered as contact email during checkout.

If after a few minutes you have not received your bonus delivery email, please click the Orange Beacon in the bottom right of your screen and send your purchase receipt number to the Customer Happiness team for manual verification and delivery of the bonus URL.
The login details will have been given in the purchase receipt email you are sent from JVZOO.

Step 2: After Logging in to JVZoo, Locate "My Purchases" button.
Step 3: Still in JVZoo, Click on the "View Details" button of the product you purchased.
Step 4: Still in JVZoo, You will see a detailed page for your purchase.
Step 5: Click on ACCESS PURCHASE for the entry COMMISSION GORILLA v2 which will take you to the registration page where you register your account by choosing a username and password, and giving us the email address you would like associated with the account for password reminders, etc
Once you have registered your account you simply click on the login link - login and start creating - there is nothing to download

Step 6: If you have purchased the product under an affiliate link that was offering a bonus, you should see your Bonus access below the product access details like:
If you do not see your bonus here, then there are a couple of possibilities:
- You mistyped your email address/entered a different one to your JVZoo account email. Please check with the vendor as to which email address relates to your transaction ID (we do not have this information as it is not our product). If this is the issue, please contact JVZoo who can sort this out for you.
- Your purchase may not have been credited to our Affiliate ID. Again, please check with the vendor as to which affiliate was credited with your purchase.
If you have already purchased this product and not got our bonuses, you can still claim them by purchasing again - using our link and ensuring you clear your cookies immediately before clicking through to purchase with our link so that the sale is properly credited to our Affiliate ID.
You will receive your login details via email together with your payment receipt. If you didn't get an email with login details, it's because you've already signed up earlier, using the same email address. You need to contact us to reactivate your account.
