How to Apply Upgrades to your Apps

If you have purchased any of our Upgrades, you will need to get, apply, and activate the Upgrade Code to your account.

Inside your JVZoo account, you have a link to access the product/upgrade

Click to go to the payment receipt and find the ACCESS Your Purchase button

When you do that you will see your upgrade code:

Please copy this code and paste it into the appropriate field on the "My Account" page inside your Monkey Web App account.

Please be sure to log out  - click the LOGOUT button on your account menu.  Then back into your account to see that the upgrade has been activated.
