Look for the orange beacon in the bottom right corner, and click on it. Click "Send a Message",and select "Billing". Or just send a message to help [at] monkeywebapps[dot] com
Please include the email address with which you signed up and your transaction number - a copy of your payment receipt is ideal!
In addition, we would really appreciate it if you could tell us why you have decided to cancel your subscription. This will enable us to better serve our customers - and perhaps you, in the future.
