How do I log in to JVZoo?
Once your order is complete, you should receive an email from JVZoo with your access link which takes you to the registration page.
If that email has gone missing log into your JVZoo account at http://www.jvzoo.com/auth/login and click on My Purchases
If you haven't got your JVZoo account details for any reason, go to https://customer.jvzoo.com/ and login as follows:
Within the Jvzoo Customer Portal you get centralized access to all of your purchases
- Please locate the entry for the product in question
- Click to view the receipt
- Scroll down to access your purchase or bonus (if applicable)
You can also request copies of receipts (these will be sent from support@jvzoo.com)
