I haven't received a receipt after purchasing. What do I do?
Usually, the email is sent from the payment processor the moment your payment is approved.
Note: If you have previously signed up using the same email address and have canceled your account, you will not receive an email with login details. You have to contact us to reactivate your account.
You can look up your purchase details using the order lookup to locate a specific purchase. You will need your Transaction ID or Subscription ID that can be found on your payment receipt. PK-TXXXXXX or PK-PXXXXXX
You can log into your JVZoo account at http://customer.jvzoo.com.
Once logged in, you will be in your purchases area in JVZoo. Find your latest purchase and click on the "View Details" Button
That'll take you to your JVZoo receipt. You can access your purchase directly from here.
If you cannot log in to your JVZOO ACCOUNT, please contact JVZoo for assistance not Promote Labs. Until you can locate your purchase in your JVZoo account and click the ACCESS PURCHASE button the ball is still out of our court - so sorry!
