This message is because the IP address you have been allocated by your ISP is a known hackers IP so our servers block it.
Please head to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and take a screenshot of what you see as a result. 
Then, turn off your router - switch off the power to it - wait some time - say 30 minutes before reconnecting. Usually rebooting the router from scratch after a period of "downtime" clears the issue
Once reconnected, please check your IP again at https://whatismyipaddress.com/ - and take another screenshot

If you don't get a new IP, you will need to leave your router turned off for a longer period - over night is a good option. As soon as you get a new IP, please send us BOTH screenshots and we'll get the server team to check if the new IP has a clean bill of health. We need IPv4 and IPv6 - if it is shown.
