Reseller Guide to When a Customer Refunds

If one of your customer refunds a purchase of a product that you have a license to resell, please action the refund request with your payment processor then send us as many of the following details as possible

  1. Product Refunded
  2. Customer Name
  3. Customer email address - all you have since sometimes customers register different emails for payment processor and for accounts
  4. Customer account username
  5. Payment Processor and Transaction ID
