The ChitChat Chimp Acknowledge Email

If you have set your bot to accept emails, the email that gets sent in response to an email entry from a customer only goes to the email address indicated - which should be that of the ChitChat Chimp account holder.

It gives the email address typed (1), the bot name (2) and the transcript of the chat so far (3).  From this information you are able to respond to the customer - we do recommend that you actually access the chat in your dashboard in case there were further questions asked.

The email does not go to the customer typing the email address in  - so there is no facility to customize this email message
